In this full review, we break down everything about the updated Audi Q4 e-tron, including performance improvements and the key differences between the SUV and Sportback variants. Thanks to a new APP350 electric motor and improved efficiency, the Q4 e-tron now delivers up to 590 km of range in its most efficient configuration.
