The RS Q8 performance utilizes a 48-volt mild-hybrid system to enhance efficiency and support engine performance. It is equipped with adaptive air suspension and all-wheel steering to improve handling and stability. The braking system includes ventilated discs measuring 420 millimeters at the front and 370 millimeters at the rear.

This configuration allows the vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in approximately 4.0 seconds.
