Brabham BT52 | BMW M12/13 Turbo F1 Engine Sound, Hillclimb Onboard & Start (Nelson Piquet Jr)
The 1983 Brabham BT52 on the Timmelsjoch High Alpine Road in Austria, driven by Nelson Piquet Jr. Designed by Gordon Murray for the 1983 Formula One season, the BT52 was built around the powerful BMW M12/13 1.5L turbocharged inline-four. In qualifying trim during the era, this engine was capable of producing well over 600 hp, making it one of the most extreme power units of early turbo F1. The BT52 secured the 1983 Formula One World Championship with Nelson Piquet, marking the first Drivers’ title won by a turbocharged car in Formula 1 history. This video features raw flybys and an onboard sequence, capturing turbo spool, wastegate chatter and aggressive acceleration through tight alpine hairpins at high altitude. No music just pure 1980s turbo Formula One sound. #formula1 #brabham #bmw #classiccars SUBSCRIBE TO CHANNEL: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6IKxew0eG8FQWl89nCv-3A?sub_confirmation=1 CONTRIBUTE WITH A LITTLE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION TO ACCESS ALL BENEFITS: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6IKxew0eG8FQWl89nCv-3A/join FOLLOW US ON SOCIAL MEDIA: Facebook | https://ift.tt/LGdxFoi Instagram | https://ift.tt/el5bL0S Pinterest | https://ift.tt/TwoRJOE Reddit | https://ift.tt/SBkzQfZ X/Twitter | https://www.twitter.com/MotorSpexx Threads | https://ift.tt/58GF0V3 Tumblr | https://ift.tt/woKO3p8 Blog | https://ift.tt/25zQSVM
