Brabham BMW BT53 | Monaco GP 1984 Formula 1 Turbo Engine Sound with Nelson Piquet
Brabham BT53 BMW Turbo F1 sound at the 1984 Monaco Grand Prix. Nelson Piquet driving the legendary Brabham-BMW turbo Formula 1 car through the streets of Monaco. This vintage recording captures the incredible sound of the BMW M12/13 1.5 litres turbo engine powering the Brabham BT53 during the 1984 Formula One season. The aggressive turbo spool, raw acceleration and unmistakable tone of 1980s Formula 1 make this one of the most iconic engine sounds from the turbo era. Designed by Gordon Murray, the Brabham BT53 was one of the fastest cars of the 1984 championship, capable of nearly 900 horsepower in qualifying trim. Hearing this machine attack the narrow Monaco circuit is a rare glimpse into the golden age of turbocharged Formula 1. #bmw #f1 #formula1 #brabham #nelsonpiquet SUBSCRIBE TO CHANNEL: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6IKxew0eG8FQWl89nCv-3A?sub_confirmation=1 CONTRIBUTE WITH A LITTLE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION TO ACCESS ALL BENEFITS: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6IKxew0eG8FQWl89nCv-3A/join FOLLOW US ON SOCIAL MEDIA: Facebook | https://ift.tt/z2YxlQE Instagram | https://ift.tt/jVxkWMD Pinterest | https://ift.tt/YAFh8Zr Reddit | https://ift.tt/dGMVIYw X/Twitter | https://www.twitter.com/MotorSpexx Threads | https://ift.tt/XejfAso Tumblr | https://ift.tt/jekBZd3 Blog | https://ift.tt/vuOZkK9
