The Ferrari FXX-K is a track-only hypercar derived from LaFerrari, powered by a naturally aspirated 6.3-liter V12 combined with a hybrid KERS system, producing over 1,000 hp. Designed as a development laboratory, the FXX-K allows Ferrari engineers to test aerodynamics, hybrid energy deployment and vehicle dynamics in real racing conditions. The evolution of the project is the Ferrari FXX-K Evo, featuring a revised aerodynamic package. A fixed rear wing, extended front splitter, redesigned underbody and vortex generators generate downforce levels comparable to modern GT race cars, transforming grip, stability and cornering speed at high velocity. Both cars belong to the Ferrari XX Programme, a non-competitive, invitation-only program created for Ferrari’s most dedicated clients. XX cars are not homologated for road use and are driven exclusively during factory-organized track events, with full technical support from Ferrari engineers. Data gathered during these sessions directly contributes to future Ferrari road and racing technologies.
