Nissan R390 GT1 Road Car (1997-1998) | The Story of the One-Off Hypercar born for Le Mans
In the late 90s, Nissan shocked the racing world with the R390 GT1, a car designed to conquer the 24 Hours of Le Mans. To meet GT1 regulations, Nissan had to build a road-legal version. The result was the Nissan R390 GT1 Road Car. This video tells the story of the R390 GT1, from its origins in the 1997 red short-tail first release to the evolution into the 1998 long-tail blue version. Only one R390 GT1 Road Car per year was ever built, making it one of the rarest hypercars in history. #Nissan #NissanR390 #GT1 #LeMans #Hypercar #MotorsportHistory
